Recently I had the pleasure of going back out and photographing some projects in central London.
London School of Economics (LSE) Old Building
RMS were instructed by the client to supply and install the mechanical and public health services to the Old Building in the heart of the LSE campus. Works included new LTHW heating services, new VRV air conditioning, AHU and ventilation services along with public health installations to remodelled classrooms, lecture halls, common areas, IT suites, boardrooms and offices. The works were completed in 2024 and are now fully occupied by the faculty.

RMS were instructed on a design and build basis to provide new Mechanical and Public Health Services on behalf of the landlord to create new leading standard CAT A offices with and exposed services finish and modern WC and shower facilities.
