The right place at the right time is not just a trite saying.If I hadn’t been in Dubai I would not have had the opportunity of being involved in the Ibn Battuta Mall or to film its construction. This project showcased the fusion of innovative design and engineering excellence, including the creation of comprehensive wayfinding and environmental signage. All in collaboration with MTE Studios as the theme designer and Turner as the construction Company. The client was Nakheel.

In addition, my almost obsessive love of animation got a massive boost as I helped in the creation of the first children’s animation film ‘The Adventures of the Young Ibn Battuta’ made in Arabic with a dubbed English version. As far as I know it’s still playing in the Ibn Battuta Mall. The production company was Real Image.
